A Program Working to Reduce Falls for our Local Seniors
There are many struggles seniors face during their day-to-day lives. Whether its making meals or remembering to take medications, normal activities get harder and harder as we age. However, one of the biggest struggles seniors face is mobility and avoiding falls. That's why SYNERGY HomeCare has partnered with the Milwaukee County Department on Aging and their program "Stepping On." Here to tell us more about this program and how it can help the seniors in our lives is Ruth Buslacchi from SYNERGY, Jennifer Lefeber from "Stepping On", and Candy Hoyt, a "Stepping On" graduate. To contact the Milwaukee County Department on Aging about the "Stepping On" program, call (414) 289-6874 or visit County.Milwaukee.gov/aging. For more information on SYNERGY HomeCare and their services, visit SYNERGYHomeCare.com or call (414) 763-8368.
