Lawmaker takes an interest in challenges facing youth caregivers

A South Florida lawmaker is rallying around the countless children who are youth caregivers. Congresswoman Lois Frankel hosted a roundtable discussion Wednesday with local teens who care for an ill parent, grandparent or sibling.
