"Unprovoked and despicable:" City of Tonawanda police charge a man after attacking a disabled person

The unidentified man was attacked while walking on a sidewalk at the corner of Grove Street and Grove Place. Police claim 24 year-old Avery Hunter of Buffalo punched the victim so hard he was knocked unconscious.
