More details are emerging on the Ohio massacre that killed 9 people and injured 26 others.
The information comes less than 24 hours after a Texas shooting claimed even more lives.
According to News, the gunman in Dayton, Ohio, has been identified as 24-year-old Connor Betts.
Dayton Mayor Nan Whaley says he used a "high capacity" rifle, carried extra magazines, and wore body armor.
Betts opened fire in the city's entertainment district at roughly 1am on Sunday.
