Federal judge approves sale of the Art Institute of Las Vegas

A federal judge has approved the sale of the Art Institute of Las Vegas to a group of professors for $250,000. The professors have been in talks to buy the school since January. The group says they will rebrand the school and relocate it when the sale closes. The faculty has gone unpaid since May.
