Rep. Cleaver, Gov. Parson meet with farmers to discuss relief

As the Midwest continues to deal with damage caused by major spring floods, Missouri Gov. Mike Parson and U.S. Rep. Emanuel Cleaver II met face-to-face Tuesday with farmers to hear more about agricultural concerns and the need for assistance.
