Braymer man charged with stealing missing Wisconsin brothers’ truck

The property owner whose farm has become the focus of an investigation into the disappearance of two missing Wisconsin businessmen — Garland Joseph Nelson, 25, of Braymer, Missouri — has been charged with stealing their car.
