BPD closed investigation into Monsignor Harrison due to insufficient evidence

The Bakersfield Police Department closed their investigation into allegations of misdeameanor sexual battery against Monsignor Craig Harrison. BPD says there was insufficient evidence and they are not forwarding their report to the Kern County District Attorney's Office.
