Kroger warehouse alarm upsets neighbors in Blue Ash

The Kroger distribution center near LaBelle Avenue has an outdoor alarm that goes off at odd intervals, sometimes for up to 15 minutes at a time. In the middle of the day, it's obnoxious. In the middle of the night, it's much worse.
