Michael Fish's NBC26 weather forecast
We have a weak system close to the area which will have minor effects on parts of the area today. First, we could see a few stray sprinkles or a little light rain this morning, then we'll see more sun. There will be a slight chance of a shower or T'storm popping back up later this afternoon, mainly to the NW. It will be windy with highs will be in the mid-80s. Tonight, the chance of a few scattered showers or T'storms will continue, but many will not even see any of this activity. Lows will be mild with readings overnight in the upper-60s. Mid/upper-80 high temperatures will be here through the weekend. Dew points will into the upper 60s to around 70°, so it will be humid as well. There will be small chances of a few afternoon T'storms each day, but they don't look like all-day washouts. We could start Monday with a lingering shower, but by the time we get into Tuesday, we'll be nice, quiet and comfortable for the rest of next week with highs in the 70s.
