Major delays expected on westbound Bay Bridge as fall rehabilitation begins

A $27 million deck rehabilitation on the westbound span of the Bay Bridge will begin this fall, causing the right lane of the westbound side to be closed 24/7 from October 2019 to April 2020, repeating the closures in the fall of 2020 until the spring of 2021.
