Kids learn to swim at Tampa's Summer Splash Down

The City of Tampa is offering Summer Splash Down sessions at its 12 participating city pools, Tampa Aquatics Manager Heather Erickson tells ABC Action News. Mayor Jane Castor's Summer Splash Down encourages children, ages 5 years to 18 years old, to visit one of the Parks and Recreation Departments twelve pool facilities during open swim hours to be eligible for Back to School gift cards.
