Concerned mother fears lewd peeping Tom's crimes will escalate, Taylor Police investigating

The first time Ferren, whose last name is being withheld, spotted the peeping Tom, she told him she was armed with a gun, but that didn't make him flee right away. It happened when Ferren, who works nights, was parking after returning home from work.
