Road closures plague Northern Kentucky

Shelly Epsich sometimes feels like she’s on a road to nowhere, she said Wednesday night. Her daily commute from Northern Kentucky to downtown Cincinnati becomes more tangled by the day. “If there's a wreck on 275 or they're doing construction like they are it becomes nightmarish,” she said.
