Full news conference: Ousted City Manger Phil Rodriguez speaks to media after his firing

Former Brighton City Manger Philip Rodriguez was fired late Tuesday evening by the city council in a 5-4 vote. Four members of the council and the city's mayor said they had lost faith in Rodriguez over an unspecified personnel issue. Rodriguez says he was fired for blowing the whistle on $70 million in water overcharges in the city, among other things.
