Montreal Police Use "Excessive Force" In Aggressive Arrest

On Monday July 1st there was an altercation between a civilian and two police officers on the streets Montreal. These officers used extreme force when handling the situation as the gentleman involved was handcuffed and vulnerable. Luckily there was a witness! A young man passing by recorded the altercation and exchanged words with the police officers.
