According to EXTRA, the couple acquired a marriage certificate, and insiders say they tied the knot on February 22.
The 45-year-old supermodel and 29-year old "Tokio Hotel" musician first sparked dating rumors in March 2018.
The wedding date holds a special meaning for the couple. Heidi told reporters at the Grammys that the two met on February 22, 2018.
Heidi was previously married to Seal and Ric Pipino. Tom has been married once before.
