NAACP calls on friends, family to help stem tide of violence

"It's a very, very challenging time for African-Americans, mothers and fathers who have young people," said Nicole Taylor, second vice president of the Cincinnati NAACP. "My reaction is always heartbreak. And there's a lot of anxiety building up because I have a son. He's twelve."
