Horrified commuter films four-year-old girl clinging onto outside of moving train

A horrified commuter filmed a four-year-old girl clinging on to the OUTSIDE of a moving train. The little girl was seen perching on a ledge outside the carriage, holding on to the footboard of the speeding train, in Howrah, West Bengal India. Locals said she had jumped on at the platform and jumped off to continue scavenging for scrap metal. The video appears to chuck off a bag of collected scrap before jumping off herself, in March this year.
