"Help Not Handcuffs" for People Struggling with Substance Abuse

Addiction Resource Council (ARC) in collaboration with the Delafield Police Department has launched their "Help Not Handcuffs" program. This is a pre-arrest referral program and is intended to help individuals who are struggling with substance abuse without fear of arrest, regardless of their city of residence and their insurance status.
