19
Addiction Resource Council (ARC) in collaboration with the Delafield Police Department has launched their "Help Not Handcuffs" program. This is a pre-arrest referral program and is intended to help individuals who are struggling with substance abuse without fear of arrest, regardless of their city of residence and their insurance status. Joining us with more information are Chelsey Wasielewski from ARC and Chief Erik Kehl from the Delafield Police Department. For more information on this new, important program, visit AddictionResourceCouncilWaukeshaWI.org.
