Trump notes overcrowding at CBP facilities isn't his fault

His point appeared to be that the overcrowding in some of CBP's facilities isn't his administration's fault, especially given the myriad of steps it's attempted to take to both stop illegal aliens from crossing into the U.S. and disincentivize further illegal immigration.
