Warren County attracts first-of-their-kind 'agri-communities' focused on organic farming

Ohio's first "agri-community" will have about 135 homes built on the 142 acre farm in Morrow. All of the homes are being built by Pendragon Homes with access to the organic farm-grown fruits, vegetables and farm-raised meats.
