Trash Can Gets Canned

Info from Licensor: "A neighbor came over in a tizzy because she thought her garbage bin had been stolen. She asked me if my security cameras picked up what happened. I told her to hold on as I got my iPad to check it. I found the video and had to watch it twice to make sure I saw what I saw. I showed it to my neighbor, she was in shock and asked who to contact now since she just recently moved in. I gave her the information for city hall and the garbage company and told her I’ll keep the video if she needs it as proof."
