KCK group starts hotline for police misconduct, abuse allegations

A social justice advocacy organization in Kansas City, Kansas, has launched its own hotline for victims to report alleged police misconduct and abuse, but KCK police said there's already an anonymous line for complaints and many of More2's allegations have never been formally reported.
