Coast Guard increases patrol for holiday weekend with Operation Dry Water to catch drunk boaters

The Coast Guard, along with Harbor Police and other local agencies, will increase patrols on the water this holiday weekend. Their goal is to catch more people boating while drunk and make the water safer.
