Father arrested after missing 3-year-old girl found in Springfield Township

Police arrested the father of a 3-year-old girl after her grandmother told WCPO she was suspicious as to how the girl was found in a locked apartment a few units away from hers. Jeramie Turner is being held at the Hamilton County Justice Center. A judge on Tuesday issued Turner a $300,000 bond. The judge ruled he cannot have contact with his daughter, and he must comply with Hamilton County Job and Family Services if he bonds out.
