Officer Kou Her's body brought to Graceland Cemetery

A procession is held Monday for Milwaukee Police Officer Kou Her. The off-duty officer was killed in a hit-and-run crash at 60th and Capitol Drive last month. He was on his way home from work at District 4 at the time.
