M&T Bank moving high-tech hub and high paying jobs to Seneca One Tower

Doug Jemal, a Washington D.C. developer, bought Seneca One Tower in 2016 for $12.5 million dollars and has spent more than $120 million in renovations to the property. M&T Bank will be the first major tenant announced for the building.
