How Camp Counselors Motivate Kids

Lifehacker.com recently wrote an article about how camp counselors motivate kids during summer camp. For instance, they don't telling kids what not to do, they encourage the behavior they wish to see. They also always remind kids what they've accomplished, and they give kids who are misbehaving a mission so they don't have idle energy left to misbehave.
