Police investigating fatal shooting in OTR

Police are investigating a fatal shooting in Over-the-Rhine, Cincinnati police officers on scene said. Someone shot a man in his 30s at about 5 a.m. Thursday near the intersection of Moore and Back Streets. First responders transported the man to the University of Cincinnati Medical Center, where he died.
