State drops charges against Pike County matriarch

When the state of Ohio dropped perjury and obstruction charges against Fredericka Wagner, the mother and grandmother of suspects in an 2016 octuple homicide that made national headlines, the 76-year-old former Sunday school teacher put it down to an act of God.
