Two Staffordshire bull terriers kill families cat

A family has been left heartbroken after they watched in horror as two dogs savagely mauled their cat to death in a harrowing attack captured on camera.

Sharon Boalch, 50, and her daughter Shakira Jefferies, 16, were left devastated after the pair of snarling Staffordshire Bull Terriers "ripped apart" their beloved pet Cleo.

Shocking footage captured by a doorbell camera shows the moment the defenceless feline was set upon by the out-of-control mutts on the driveway of their home.

The dogs' owner can be seen trying to stop the hounds as they struck on Ash Avenue, in Brickfields, Worcester last Thursday (20/6).
