Jacob Julick, suspected of shooting at officers, arrested after hours-long standoff

Shooting suspect and fugitive Jacob Julick surrendered peacefully Tuesday evening after a four-hour standoff that brought McHenry Avenue to a standstill. Police believe Julick, 27, shot at Lakeside Park-Crestview Hills officers and fled an Erlanger traffic stop June 6.
