According to Reuters, the S&P 500 is up over 7-percent in June, putting the benchmark index back in record-setting territory.
On June 24th, the S&P opened the new week trading about flat.
Up less than 1-point by the afternoon, the S&P is holding at 2,951, which is only a few points away from setting a new record.
On the day, the energy sector less losses for the S&P after oil prices dropped.
The healthcare sector also declined, after Celgene and Bristol-Myers Squibb lost between 5-and-7 percent.
