Hamilton County Heroin Coalition issues health alert after major spike in overdoses

In 24 hours, from Friday to Saturday, the Hamilton County Heroin Coalition said 22 people overdosed. The Cincinnati Fire department tweeted that they responded to 20 overdoses between midnight Friday night and 5 p.m. Saturday evening.
