Openly gay 2020 Democrat presidential candidate Pete Buttgieg received an arguably much-deserved dose of karma on Friday while visiting his hometown of South Bend, Indiana, where he presides as mayor, and where the previous weekend a black man was fatally shot by a white police officer.
