Now flashback to 2015, when Melber was forced to issue a humiliating apology after a guest on a show he was guest-hosting smeared all country music listeners.
"Nothing says 'let’s go kill some Muslims’ like country music, fresh from Lynchburg, Virginia," radically far-left activist Jamilah Lemieux had said in response to reports that then-GOP presidential candidate Ted Cruz enjoyed listening to country music.
