According to a report by Reuters, on Wednesday, former Vice President Joe Biden came under sharp criticism for remarks he made this week about his time working civilly alongside segregationists serving in the Senate in the 1970s. New York Mayor Bill De Blasio and U.S. Senator Cory Booker, who are also seeking the Democratic nomination, both reportedly called on Biden to apologize for his remarks.
