Wall Street slows to halt before Fed statement Unlisted Video

According to Reuters, the top markets on Wall Street slowed to a halt after a two-day rally.
On June 19th, investors pumped their brakes ahead of a statement from the Federal Reserve, following their latest policy meeting.
By the afternoon, the Dow Jones Industrial Average was up less than 15-points, while the S&P 500 was up less than 1-point.
The Nasdaq Composite fell into a slight decline, shedding 5-points.
