According to a report by Reuters, on Wednesday, the Senate Appropriations Committee approved 4.6 billion-dollars in largely humanitarian aid to address an ongoing surge of migrants at the United States' border with Mexico. A full vote on the measure is reportedly expected in the full Senate as soon as next week.
