The Champlain Bridge Is Finally Opening

Montreal's Champlain Bridge has been the subject of much derision. The bridge, which was originally supposed to open around Christmas 2018 is still currently under construction. Of course, this deadline was not met, and the actual opening date of the bridge has been the subject of much speculation. Fingers crossed that on June 24th the northbound lane of the bridge will be open and the southbound lane will open on July 1st.
Wait, is this really going to happen?
