Fran Drescher Discusses The Importance Of Cancer Education

While promoting her new NBC show "Indebted" during an interview with Extra, Fran Drescher discussed the importance of cancer education. The Emmy-winning actress was misdiagnosed seven times herself before she learned she had uterine cancer. Drescher said, "People are misdiagnosed very often. We have to know more so when we go into the doctor's office we're better partners with them because oftentimes, the test you need isn’t even on the menu.”
