The word "natural" on beauty product labels, may not mean what you think. According to Business Insider, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration does not regulate the personal care industry. As a result, what consumers see on labels isn't always what they get. Some products marketed as "natural" can be more harmful than synthetic ones.
