Another disturbance is on the way today which will bring on & off showers and thunderstorms, especially the farther you live north. Severe weather is not expected but locally heavy rain is possible. Gusty winds will be coming in from the southwest at 15 to 25 mph. Highs will be in the upper-60s to lower-70s. More of these occasional showers and T'storms will move through as we head through the night. Overnight lows will be in the upper-50s. We cool down even more on Saturday with mostly cloudy skies and temperatures in the low/mid 60s with a few showers and isolated thunderstorms. It does not look to be an all-day rain. We also see gusty NE winds. Most of the instability will be out of our area for Father’s Day but there still could be a lingering shower or two. Clouds & NE winds will keep temperatures down again in the low- to mid-60s.
