Blumhouse To Produce ‘Black Christmas’ Remake

Uproxx reports production company Blumhouse is taking on a **Black Christmas** remake.
The film will be the second remake of the 1974 original.
Last year, Blumhouse produced a **Halloween** reboot from David Gordon Green, Jeff Fradley, and Danny McBride.
The company announced on Thursday that a brand new **Black Christmas** would debut Friday the 13th this December.
Directed by Sophia Takal, the movie stars Imogen Poots, Aleyse Shannon, Brittany O’Grady, Lily Donoghue, and Caleb Eberhardt.
