A Fun, Environmentally Friendly Event Promoting Cancer Awareness

Canz4Cancer Inc. is an innovative way to put cancer awareness in urban communities, in order to reach demographics that are being overwhelmingly affected by various types of cancer. They do this through a unique game that involves basketballs, crushed cans, and a whole lot of fun! Joining us to discuss this initiative and how they "maintain positivity through tragedy" is Executive Director and Founder of Canz4Cancer, Lloyd Wilson. The 10th Annual Canz4Cancer Tournament is happening tomorrow, June 14 from 11:30am to 2:30pm at the Daniels-Mardak Boys & Girls Club (4834 N Mother Daniels Way in Milwaukee). They are also hosting a Canz4Cancer Day Party Fundraising Tournament on Saturday, July 13 from 2pm to 5pm at Skybox Sports Bar (2213 N Dr. Martin Luther King Drive in Milwaukee).
