Woman believes remains in Ohio River belong to missing uncle

Jesse Flaugher, 85, was a recent widower battling health problems when he disappeared. His family members have suspected for 13 years he drove his car into the Ohio River. On Wednesday, police found a car containing unidentified remains — perhaps not even human — in a car at the bottom of the Ohio. Belinda Dolan, Flaugher's niece, thinks she recognizes the vehicle.
