The House Oversight and Reform Committee voted on Wednesday afternoon to hold Attorney General William Barr and Commerce Secretary Wilbur Ross in contempt for their failure to comply with congressional subpoenas for documents related to a proposal that a citizenship question be added to the 2020 census.
