CNN reports that Cuba Gooding Jr. says that he's not at fault when it comes to a recent alleged groping incident.
The Oscar winner is expected to turn himself into the New York Police Department
for questioning on Wednesday.
Gooding Jr. will be questioned in connection with a "forcible touching complaint" filed by a 29-year-old woman.
She alleges that Cuba approached her on Sunday, while she was with friends, and groped her breasts at Magic Hour Rooftop Bar & Lounge. She left and called 911.
