Artists Working in Education (AWE) is a nonprofit that has been working within Milwaukee communities for over 20 years! They provide enrichment programs to young people throughout Milwaukee in parks, libraries, schools, and other places in the community. Joining us to discuss the ways the accomplish this -- including their Truck Studio program and Youth Arts Council -- are Audrey Moore, a program manager with AWE, and Georgia Fritsch, a Youth Arts Council member. AWE's Youth Arts Council will meet at 4pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays from June 18 to July 25 at 4315 W Vliet Street. And you can follow their Truck Studio a their website, AWE-Inc.org
